“Blue Ocean” Notecard

Going to the beach is one of LIn’s favorite activities. The colors of the sky and water, the power of the ocean, the serenity of a calm sea, the force of waves in a storm, and the peacefulness of the tides are all a great mystery. This painting was done for her daughter, Meredith, October of 2013. Lin and Meredith both enjoy long walks on the beach and have had many wonderful mother/daughter conversations in the presence of the “Blue Ocean”.

Having walked the beach many times with her father, Lin knew Meredith would remember those walks just as Lin herself remembered walking with her beloved father.

There is always peace and purpose by the “Blue Ocean”.
